百利通亚陶晶振生产的PI3USB9201具有差分直通 USB 开关,支持主机模式下的USB开关直通,以允许通过鼠标或键盘唤醒系统。其他特性包括2.7V至5.5V的宽电源电压范围,确保在电池供电设备中可靠运行,并在关机模式下节省低于 1µA 的电流。
PI3USB9201现已投入生产,采用 2mm x 2mm 12引脚QFN 封装。
